Opening Day!

Yep its officially spring. Baseball season is on!
First game of the season was against the Texas Rangers and the Mariners won 5-2, Sean Green got the win in relief and Putz already has one save for the season.

If you are not a baseball fan and don’t welcome spring in with opening day perhaps you you can tell by our lovely spring weather hail storm into the ball park……what the heck. Lets just say our weather is schizophrenic!!!

Cat & Dog

I don’t have pet allergies but am guessing if you are allergic to dogs or cats you wouldn’t want to run into them in the grocery store. Maybe the allergies are just if you touch the animals, or perhaps the trolley they were in. Still, isn’t there some kind of sanitary issue? Perhaps not since neither the dog or cat here were 1) on the floor of the store or 2) nosing or licking any products that someone else would purchase. But still….

I am a dog lover, have one myself and have had cats in the past, and although I take Missy in the truck places I would never actually take her into a grocery store.

I knew I had to get a picture, that just blogging about it wouldn’t be good enough without a photo. The man with the pets in his trolley was very popular which personally is why I think he had them there. Everyone was talking to him. In fact I walked up and took the photo, told him no one would believe this without a picture.

Giant Bunny be gone

Hey Neighbor, Easter is over. Giant Bunny can be deflated and put away until next year.
I do realize that there really isn’t a big inflatable item for April but maybe the patriotic flag display for Memorial day can just go up early, ya know in memory of the 6th anniversary of this, um war.

Cool Stuff today

Bald Eagle on the way to work. Soaring over the bus. I view them as a visit from my mom since she was such a fan and they were always around our place in Haines. Since her ashes were scattered there and it is coming up on 18 years it was just a nice good morning.

Dog walker texted me today, to see if my garbage cans needed to be out. So very thoughtful. I told her no since I only had one very small bag for the week I wasn’t putting them out…..but really so thoughtful that she would notice and offer.

After the my blog in Spanish post check out this one…….V-Lo’s Vizzy
