Click on the link below and watch the video on the story of stuff.
It is about 20 minutes long and worth watching.
Very interesting, presented well.
I agree with the reduction of “stuff” even though I am currently
unemployed due to the lackluster economy.

Hi,
I saw your posting about Story of Stuff and wanted to know about the bottons and posters about Story of Stuff you mentioned. We haven’t made any “stuff” about stuff, for all the obvious reasons. We have received a number of requests to put the Story of Stuff logo on reusable bags and other worthwhile projects, but have politely declined each. The only stuff we made is the actual movie. So please let me know where are the buttons and posters about Story of Stuff which are for sale which you mentioned.
Thanks
Annie Leonard

I saw “Story of Stuff” a couple months ago and it really had an effect on me… the biggest thing I took out of it was “I don’t need to buy any stuff. Do I really need more stuff?” I’m squeezing every last second out of the stuff I do have. My cell phone is 5 years old and my digital camera is 6 years old and they’re not the latest and greatest anymore, but they still work so there ya go.
I figure if we quit buying, maybe on the other end of the “stuff” line there won’t be as much “making” and as much “disposing.”
I recommend watching the video, I’m not sure I agree with it all but it makes you think.

Annie,
I realize the posters, bottons and banners are just downloads to put in blogs for linking to your site.
Thanks for pointing it out. -Valria
