My sister and nieces are coming down for dinner today, more like late lunch. Amber and Andy are heading back to Virginia to care for his grandmother again so since Taylor had the weekend at home we had planned on dinner today and after the fact realized it was Easter. New beginnings!
Last night I decided to make little cakes in these silicone cake pans I bought. Even though its not Easter dinner doesn’t mean we can have a little festive thrown in.
However I thought they would come out more with the shape of the cake pan but they really didn’t. They had the general shape, egg or flower but not the detail so I made a thin icing and just decorated them. Sent the rest home with them. Now off to bake this weeks practice cake.
