Ooooch

I don’t get headaches very often.  Not the daily garden variety.   But today I have a doozy, parked right behind my eyes.  I am not sure if its mild dehydration from working in the garden this morning in the nice bright beautiful sun.  Or if its from the nice bright beautiful sun and no shades while working in said garden and its rays bouncing off the pool.  Or perhaps its from staying up until 3:00 a.m. watching “An American Werewolf in Paris”  I got sucked into the movie when I turned on the tv about 1am.  Not something I would have usually stayed on but I haven’t seen a good Zombie movie in quite a while and although this doesn’t really count as a zombie movie, well it was werewolves and bad science and lame plot and it was perfect for the 1 to 3 am slot.  So maybe the headache is lack of sleep.

As I sit here with the headache I can remember some blurb on NPR yesterday about the the FDA restricting Ibuprofen or was it Acetaminophen because of potential toxicity that can cause liver failure and even death.  Yea pretty sure its Acetaminophen.    At least I hope thats it cause I took a couple Ibuprofen.

Then again, my headache is starting to feel better,  the Ibuprofen helped.  Its either that or my overly perfumed headache just walked out the door.
