After making Spicy Oatmeal, Pecan, Fruit cookies on Saturday and getting two dozen 2oz cookies out of my recipe also I think I am ready to price them all at $8.00 per dozen.
There will defiantly be less profit on some kinds then others but this makes it easier to mix and match for ordering and also just easier in general.
For now one dozen cookies is $8.00. They are 2oz each, all organic ingredients and made when ordered. Which means I need a little bit of an advance notice as they wont be baked until ordered.
Chocolate Chip no nuts
Chocolate Chip with nuts (walnuts or slivered almonds)
Spicy Oatmeal, pecan, fruit
Oatmeal Raisin
Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter w/jelly thumbprint
Basic Sugar Cookie

There are hundreds of kinds of cookies, some are more labor intensive then others. Chocolate Crinkles for instance that need to be refrigerated for 8 hours prior to baking. But if there is a kind you want let me know. I may need a little more notice to pick up any ingredients I don’t have but I am always willing to try a new recipe.
You never know when you might need cookies, I packed these for someone who needed them for a bake sale.

If you can come up with Peanut Butter and choc chip/chunk…then you can put me down for a dozen. And since they are for me and are for no special event…you can make them at your leisure and tell me when to pay and retrieve. Deal??

Albert, no problem on the PB&CC. I will have them for you on Wednesday.

One more comment about pricing: check out the Nov issue of Seattle Magazine. It has a whole spread on desserts, including a review of the best cookies in town of all kinds. Pricing and source is included, so lots of information there. You can have my copy after I’m done with it (or pick one up for instant gratification.) 🙂

Are you still baking cookies and if so, are you doing Christmas cookies and do you ship to Floridaq

Good Morning (or afternoon there) Carol.
I am still baking and I can do Christmas cookies, the traditional sugar in cut outs of trees, bells, angels and so forth, frosted and decorated. I can also make just about any kind you have in mind.
I am in Seattle Washington, I am willing to make and ship them but am thinking that you may find something local for less expensive then the shipping would cost.
I will leave it up to you. If you want me to make and ship cookies, just let me know how many dozen and what kind. I charge $8.00 a dozen and they are all organic. I would also ask that you pay for shipping as well. If you have a UPS account number so something like that I can ship them 3rd party bill.
Have a wonderful day.
