Granola Bars

I made some granola bars this weekend.  It was a lot of fun, easy and YUM.

3 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
3 TB melted butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (and for the record Trader Joes has an organic version)

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with your hands.  Press flat into greased pan (I used 12 x 12) bake 25 minutes.
Cool for about 5 min then cut into bars.  Let cool completely before removing.

You can customize to exchange any nut, seed or dried fruit you may prefer.
