Tower of London and Bushy Park

My feet hurt, I am exhausted and its almost tomorrow already.

More to come tomorrow on the river cruise, the Tower of London and taking the train to Hampton Court to meet up with a friend of Lori’s.

By the time we met at 5:15, we were already at 10,000 steps for the day.  Ten thousand steps in flip flops.  Granted they are really good flips flops from the walking store but still flip flops none the less.

We then toured around Henry’s castle and then walked around and through Bushy Park to Kingston and sat four a couple hours visiting then took the train and two tubes back to the hotel.

Bushy Park is the second largest of London’s Royal Parks, at 445 hectares (1,100 acres) in area, after Richmond Park.  By the time we got to Kingston and then home i was well over 20,000 steps in those flip flops.

I have a bunch of photos from today.  Hopefully i will find some time tomorrow to download them.
